Secret Whispers Kegel Exerciser Overview

Secret Whispers kegel exerciser is designed to help exercise and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.  It is one piece of exercise equipment no woman should be without,  if you don't use it, you'll lose it and as we age a weaker pelvic floor can lead to incontinence leaks.

Secret Whispers kegel exerciser is a very simple but clever idea. There is a white holder and space to put in 2 weighted balls. The exercise set comes with 4 different balls of various weights so you can combine the balls in different ways to work your way up the 6 levels of weights as your pelvic floor strengthens.

How the Secret Whispers Kegels Work

When you insert the weights, gravity wants them to fall out, so then your correct pelvic floor muscles engage to hold them in. Once they are in place you follow the simple exercises to get your pelvic floor working.

The weights also teach you how to do a correct Kegel exercise. 50% of women, even when told how to do a Kegel exercise will do them incorrectly because they can't see or feel the muscles. Our Kegel Weights take away the guesswork

Put a stop to leaks and improve your bladder control in just 15 minutes a day!

From just 15 minutes per day use the Secret Whispers kegel exercise kit to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Like any exercise programme the pelvic weights won't give instant improvement but a slow and steady improvement to your pelvic floor strength each week.

After just a few weeks you will see a difference.

50% of women suffer with weak pelvic floor issues so you're not alone. Don't suffer in silence, stop embarrassing leaks when you laugh, sneeze, cough or run. The Pelvic Floor Dumbbell helps to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and improve issues such as leakage, prolapse, weak bladder control, and more.
