About Eco Femme Pads

Based in Auroville, in South India, Eco Femme aim to create environmental and social change through promoting healthy, environmentally sustainable, culturally responsive and empowering menstrual practices.

Eco Femme Reusable Sanitary Pads are made in India.

Eco Femme is a women-led social enterprise founded in 2010. All the women are given a fair wage and safe working environment. Profits made from international sales are used to fund free reusable menstrual pads and education for Indian women who otherwise wouldn't have access to them.

Pad for Pad Program

For each pad sold a pad is donated via Eco Femme Company Pad Programme to a needy Indian girl who otherwise would be going without.

Eco Femme Pad Kits

Eco Femme make two ready made kits of washable cloth pads. A starter kit which gives you a pad of each absorbency so you can try them all and find the right one for you plus includes a menstrual cycle tracking chart.

The full cycle kit which has enough pads for full time use based on the average cycle. Each kit comes with full instructions.

Cloth Sanitary Pads

Eco Femme pads come in panty liners with and without PUL, Day pad, Night pad, Post partum reusable pads.

The pads are all made of soft organic cotton and are easy to tell apart as each size is a different colour.

All have a metal popper fastening on the wings. Metal poppers are longer lasting than plastic poppers giving you pads longevity.

All the pads are designed to be used on their own but can also be used as back up for a menstrual cup.
