Pads for Urinary Incontinence

Minor Leaks
Stress Incontinence is when you can leak a small drop of urine when your bladder is under stress, like coughing or sneezing. We have many people come to us who want a small pad for occasional leaks of light incontinence. You can use a liner for these leaks and we have some with a variety of toppings.

If you want a super dry feeling then you could consider the Mesara Panty Liner

For natural fabric incontinence pads then the Imse Vimse Slim Active Panty Liner or Eco Femme Pantyliners have a lovely cotton topping that make the pad really breathable against your skin, especially if you need to wear them every day. The Thrive light pad range are an excellent all rounder or for ultimate light protection. For a very light almost like a replacement gusset the Momiji Tangas are brilliant and very discreet. Don't worry that the name is Tanga they fit in most underwear that has a narrow(ish) bikini fit.

Extra Protection - Higher Absorbency
We have many customers who want some extra protection such as post baby or for when they start exercising again. For situations of moderate incontinence then we cannot recommend period underwear enough.  Despite their name, the underwear is great for absorbing fluid all around and helps you feel nice and dry. The WUKA Basics Medium are great for exercise and giving you that extra protection or for the highest protection the Wuka Midi Brief Super Heavy, you can also add menstrual pads into the pants to double up protection and absorbency for heavier incontinence.

Urge Incontinence Protection
If you have urge incontinence and require heavier protection then look at the Mini Vivi pads which are popular incontinence products. These are hand made, soft and designed for higher levels of urinary incontinence.  Mini Vivi Pads have anti wicking fleece wings, with a charcoal fleece back and a core made of hemp/cotton blend. You can choose whether you prefer a bamboo velour top or a cotton jersey top.  Bamboo velour is very quick to absorb, so if you have heavier incontinence, or lose a larger volume in one go then this would be the best option for you. You can get different sized Mini Vivi pads and the right product size you choose will depend on your body shape and your absorbency needs.
