MoonCatcher Menstrual Disc Overview

MoonCatcher menstrual disc is a shallow, wide and flexible bowl made from 100% medical grade silicone. The MoonCatcher dics collects menstrual blood and can be worn for up to 12 hours.

If you have struggled to get other discs to stay in place, expecially during exercise, then the MoonCatcher disc might be more suitable for you as it has a firmer rim than other menstrual discs we stock. The MoonCatcher disc also folds down smaller than some of the other discs. Prior to insertion the MoonCatcher disc is pinched by the middle so that it becomes about the size of a tampon.

How To Use Your MoonCatcher Menstrual Disc

1. Wash your hands with soap.

2. Wash your MoonCatcher in water. If you want, you can use a neutral soap.

3. Pinch the middle of the rim of your MoonCatcher so that it forms a figure 8

4. Insert the pinched disc into your vagina.
Release and push the MoonCatcher further back and down aiming towards your tailbone using a finger or your thumb.
